Many parents have notified us today of their child's absence due to a range of symptoms including sickness, headaches and high temperatures. In light of the recent concerns about a novovirus outbreak we would ask you to be vigilant and please keep your child at home if you are concerned. Please note your child will remain infectious until 48 hours after resolution of symptoms.

We have now had two reported cases of swine flu within the school so would like to remind you of the symptoms.

If you or a member of your family has a fever or high temperature (over 38C/100.4F) and two or more of the following symptoms, you may have swine flu.
