UNIFORM

School uniform is smart, functional and competitively priced. All children are asked to wear school uniform.

The design of the School Badge is based on the Anglo Saxon derivation of the name Roseacre. This is believed to have originated from the two words HROS and AECER meaning a rook and a cultivated piece of land. By the year 1258, the earliest recorded form had combined the two words to create the name rokesakre. Accordingly, our badge depicts two rooks dominating the furrows of cultivated land as indicated by the chevrons. The cross at the base of the shield serves a reminder that the school developed from a Church Foundation.

There is a detailed uniform list available from the school and on the website
