Breakfast and Wraparound Club

Roseacre offers a comprehensive wraparound service that is managed in-house and is operated from 7:30am to 6:00pm. This is designed to meet the needs of children throughout the day, combining nourishment and engaging activities in a positive and safe environment.

Services offered:

Breakfast is served from 7:30am until 8:00am with a range of foods that include cereals, toast, fruit, pancakes, crumpets, yoghurt and juice.

Light snacks are offered at 4:15pm consisting of biscuits, fruit and squash. Now we are in the warmer months, ice-lollies and ice-creams will also become available.

Evening snacks served at 5:15pm vary on a daily basis and consist of toasted sandwiches, tortilla wraps, bagels, soups, hot dogs, sausage rolls and pizza pittas, all served with a salad that includes olives and pickled onions.  A small dessert and/or fruit to follow.

Activities:

A diverse range of activities cater for a variety of interests that include football, gardening and other outside seasonal activities, badminton, scooters, board games, arts and craft, dance/music, construction, film nights, sensory corner, ICT, cooking and painting.

Bookings:

All bookings need to be completed on SCOPAY.  For Breakfast club, please book before midnight the night before.  For Wraparound, please complete your booking before mid-day the same day. It is important to book in advance before the register is prepared.  Any urgent late bookings can be made by calling the office and are subject to availability of spaces.

The booking codes are as follows (please use the correct code to reduce confusion at registration):

Non-attendance will not be refunded if not cancelled in advance.                                                      Late collection from 4:00pm and 5:00pm will result in an increase of cost into the following hour.

From 6:05pm - late fees apply:                                                                                                               £10.00 between 6:05pm and 6:10pm                                                                                                                 An additional £5:00 for every 5 minutes thereafter (from 6:15pm)
